Founder
Kanabhai K. Suva is a seasoned renewable infrastructure professional with over three decades of specialized experience in land acquisition, statutory approvals, and government liaisoning for utility-scale wind and solar projects.
Since beginning his career in 1995, he has played a pivotal role in identifying high-potential renewable sites, securing government waste land allocations, aggregating private land parcels, and facilitating multi-level regulatory clearances across Gujarat. His expertise extends to coordinating with revenue authorities, energy nodal agencies, aviation regulators, forest departments, and industrial commissioners to ensure legally secure and execution-ready project foundations.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Suva has contributed to the successful development of large-scale renewable energy projects exceeding several hundred megawatts, including land acquisition for wind turbine installations, substation development and evacuation-aligned site strategy. He has held senior leadership positions in established renewable energy organizations, overseeing land strategy and regulatory execution for major projects across the state.
His approach is defined by structured due diligence, compliance integrity, and deep institutional knowledge of land policy frameworks. Recognized for his practical understanding of both government processes and developer requirements, he brings clarity and risk mitigation to one of the most critical aspects of renewable infrastructure development — land.
